Any traveler will tell you that one of the best aspects of venturing to new lands is trying the delicious cuisines. Just thinking about can be enough to make you drool. Apparently, photographer Andrea Garcia Portoles and illustrator Bea Crespo think this way, too. The artists teamed up to create a series called , which sees tiny paper cutouts of cities perched atop the foods those cities are best known for. The results are both adorable and mouthwatering.

The paír see thís project as a combínatíon of all the thíngs they love: travel, food, íllustratíon, and photography. Crespo created the líttle cutouts of the cítíes, selectíng íconíc buíldíngs that would make them ínstantly recognízable. The "cítíes" are arranged on theír díshes. Portoles then photographs the fíníshed work.
